The position

The Site Manager Chemistry is responsible for all operations on-site, primarily Production, Maintenance and HSEQ. Leads a strong management team to run the daily operations. Strong change management on cost, safety and new Cradle-to-Cradle concept. 

Meets production targets from the business, minimises operating costs and meets legal and company requirements on HSEQ.

Specific tasks

• Contributes to international operations strategy
• Makes budgets and cost saving proposals
• Builts strong relations with authorities
• Structures and optimises Site organisation
• Manages the Site team
• Improve safety culture

The candidate

• Academic education in chemistry or technical sciences
• 5+ years in a similar position and industry
• Excellent implementation skills
• Conceptual working and thinking level
• Cost consious and result oriented attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills on all levels

Salary conditions

€100.000 - 140.000 OTE.
