Regulatory Affairs Manager Worldwide

The organisation

I am seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager Worldwide for an international organisation active in Infant and Medical Nutrition. You will play an essential role in the business while being a trusted subject matter specialist in the Regulatory field and managing a team of registration officers. On a daily basis, you will provide Regulatory expertise, guidance and advice to the business and participate in cross-functional project teams.

The position

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulations, standards, and legislation for Infant and young child formula, food and FSMP. You will also validate product labels, communications, and registrations related to placing the organisation's products on the market. Additionally, in this role, you will validate communication materials, manage regulatory databases, and serve as a subject matter specialist in Regulatory Affairs for food and food for special medical purposes on a global scale. Moreover, you will manage a team of two Registration Officers to ensure the successful execution of regulatory tasks.

Candidate profile

To be successful in this position, you have a bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, food law or a related field. You have at least 4+ years of experience in the food industry or relevant global environment in a similar role.

Besides that, it would be good to have: 

• You have at least 4-5 years of international work experience in the regulatory field within the food or pharma industry; 
• You have an excellent level of verbal and written communication skills in English;  
• You have team management experience of at least 1 year; 
• You focus on accuracy, insight and reliability;   
• You are strong in coordinating, managing and prioritizing many different tasks/projects at the same time.
