Project Manager Global HR Systems (m/w)
 
Your new challenge:
You will be the leading person to define, standardize and implement major parts of the global SAP HR system landscape.
You will plan, drive and monitor projects. You will help to define key business requirements and deliver solutions in time and in budget.
You will prepare, organize and run meetings with senior business representatives and senior managers from internal service lines.
 
Your profile:
You should have a master (or equivalent) in business or IT, plus at least 4-5 years of project experience as a team leader or senior project manager focused on HR issues.
You should also have a deep understanding of SAP HR, HR processes and typical business requirements and you should have a proven record of successfully managed SAP HR projects in a service / customer oriented organizational environment.
You have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, a strong team spirit, and your German and English is fluent.
