 (International) Plant/ General Manager Industrial Equipment, Machinery and Heavy Industry
(8-12 years working experience)

We mainly recruit for international companies either multinationals or subsidiaries of foreign multinationals in manufacturing, including amongst others machinery, industrial equipment, heavy industry.

Profile of the ideal candidate

Nationality

• Open to Dutch nationals

Education

• Business Bachelor’s or Master degree from an accredited school and ideally in Engineering.

Languages

• Spoken and written fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Background

• At least 8-12 years (international) working experience, out of which the majority in managerial roles in an industrial manufacturing environment and with gradually increasing responsibilities.
• Strong technical understanding and capabilities
• Experience with lean and/or six sigma methodologies. Certification preferred.
• Experience developing strategies and business plans.
• Strong analytical skill set.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
