The position

As Managing Director, you play a key role within the organization. You are not only a strategic sparring partner at board level, but also an entrepreneur who sees and seizes opportunities. Your mission? To help Annalise’s clients grow further and strengthen the agency’s reputation.

In addition, you work closely with another partner to inspire a team of independent professionals and take them to a higher level. You translate complex issues into valuable solutions and manage with a focus on impact and results.

Candidate profile

We are looking for an energetic and enterprising leader with:

• Academic working and thinking level, and at least 7 years of relevant work experience in consultancy;
• Vision on market developments and the power of Market Intelligence;
• A proven track record in B2B environments;
• A strong business network and the ability to open doors;
• Expertise in strategy consulting, which makes you seen as a specialist;
• Leadership skills to inspire, facilitate and challenge professionals;
• Experience with bearing P&L responsibility.
