The position

Coach the sales and management team and drive to company to further growth.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible to manage the entire P&L of the Netherlands;
• Driving sales and profitable sales growth in the market (Benelux, Germany, UK, Nordics
• Coaching and leading of the Management Team (3 fte);
• Leading the Account managers (3 fte) and being responsible of own key accounts and close customer contacts;
• Creating and executing the strategy based on the operations and sales strategy;
• Develop and oversee the execution of, and ensure progress of, the annual business budget, capital budget and the mid-term business plan;
• Supervise and manage the day to day business operations including logistics, warehousing and assembly activities;
• Develop and implement annual and corporate objectives, financial plans, operational efficiencies, organizational structure, staffing and budgets that support the achievement of the long-term strategic plan;
• Setting and initiate corrective measures in case of deviation, to drive sustainable shareholder value;
• Develop personal relationships with key decision makers at key customers and vendors to provide competitive advantage;
• Ensures the development of individuals within the organization and monitors training needs;
• Coaches and motivates people to allow them to achieve both organizational and individual objectives;

Candidate profile

• Bachelor's / Master's degree;
• Minimum 5 years of general management or sales management experience defining, planning, managing and organizing resources in line with business strategy;
• Strong drive for developing sales and growth;
• Understanding of customer and sales needs in indirect sales channel and excellent relationship manager;
• Relevant experience in a technical, international environment;
• Result and business oriented;
• Excellent people manager with a positive attitude;
• Excellent motivator by being a "front man/woman".
• Entrepreneurial mindset;
• Hands on mentality and solution oriented;
• Problem solver with the ability to prioritize workloads;
• By nature, the ambition to improve processes;
• Strong organizational skills and change management skills;
