The position

We are looking for a Manager Product Management who will lead and develop a team of four Product Managers, drive a customer-focused mindset, and promote tailored, market-relevant solutions. This individual will be a key driver in strengthening collaboration — externally with customers and internally with departments such as product marketing, pricing strategy, and data analytics.

Tasks & responsibilities

You will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for defining and delivering market-leading construction machinery products and customized solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong financial acumen, effective technical collaboration, and leadership across cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Together with your team, you will drive customer-centric innovation, shape long-term product strategy, and ensure successful product delivery and performance throughout the entire lifecycle. The role places a strong emphasis on innovation, customer value, cost performance, and technical excellence.

Candidate profile

• bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field (Master’s in Business Administration preferred);
• minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management within construction machinery, construction equipment, or similar OEM industries;
• proven experience in managing and leading a team with a strategic product management focus;
• demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of driving change and delivering results in a dynamic environment;
• excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• flexible and open mindset, with a willingness to travel internationally.
