We are looking for a strong Health, Safety & Environment Manager for a high tech company in the East of the Netherlands

Job Profile

Task and resposibiliites:

  • Set up and implement HS&E strategy and general policies
  • Monitor compliance
  • Drive and develop safety culture and standards
  • Support the company strategy from an HS&E perspective
  • Develop and implement site policies
  • Ensure arrangements for site services: maintenance, energy, waste treatment
  • Ensure environmental safety licenses
  • Leading team of 3-5 professionals

Job Requirements

  • Academic degree
  • Relevant work experience: international position and technical complex environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Team player
  • Accurate and decisive
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • communicative and persuasive
