The organisation:

International transport solutions company, the company is a leading pooling service company. 

Position:

The Commercial Director will be responsible to further develop and professionalize the international company. The objective of the Commercial Director’s job is leading and directing the organization’s total commercial policy, including the further development and management of the international commercial team, which comprises 40 employees. The Commercial Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the organization’s Management Team. He/she is used to working in an international organization.

Candidate requirements:

• HBO+ (Higher Vocational Education+), if possible supplemented with an MBA.
• At least ten years’ experience and proven qualities in a commercial management position.
• International commercial experience.
• Experience with horticultural and retail sectors as primary customers.
• Excellent command of English, Dutch and German languages.
• Willingness to travel.
