The position

As the Manager Treasury & Insurance, you collaborate with the Group CFO and heads of departments like Group Control, Group Tax, and more. Your role spans across all regions the company is active in, managing relationships with the wholesaler’s banks, lenders, and credit agencies.
 
With operational support from the shared service center, you oversee all Treasury & Insurance items. You'll lead projects to refine treasury & insurance processes, advise the CFO on interest rate risk management, and treasury implications of acquisitions and divestments. As the custodian of the treasury manual and policies for the Group, your proactive insights will continuously drive improvements.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle operational aspects of corporate funding;
• Establish capital structure for the wholesaler's subsidiaries with Group Tax;
• Serve as primary contact for:
• The wholesaler’s relationship banks;
• Institutional lenders;
• Credit rating agencies;
• Manage company’s cash pools and daily liquidity;
• Maintain an efficient bank account structure;
• Implement fx hedging policies for subsidiaries;
• Oversee preparation of monthly treasury report;
• Ensure smooth operation of treasury IT infrastructure;
• Own the treasury manual and policies for the Group;
• Coordinate the wholesaler’s international insurance programs;
• Act as the first point of contact for the wholesaler’s insurance brokers.
• The company is a participation of a Private Equity investor. You will receive many opportunities within the organization to show initiative and improve existing processes. Candidate profile

• University degree in economics or business administration or equivalent;
• Over 6 years in corporate finance/treasury;
• Experience in managing bank relationships;
• Knowledge of financing documentation;
• Fluency in English; Dutch preferred but not necessarily required;
• Experience with insurance management and TMS software is a plus.

The offer

• Salary: €90.000 - €120.000 (subject to experience);
• Bonus;
• Mobility reimbursement;
• 26.5 vacation days per annum;
• Participation in the company pension plan;
