Project Manager (Energy)

The position

• Profit and loss responsibilities for assigned projects include bid preparation, contract closure and delivery
• Preparation (for approval) of assigned commercial proposals with technical accuracy for the scope of work and commercial terms meet requirements prior to delivery to the customer
• Defines and manages commercial risks and opportunities consistent with the project portfolio objectives
• Actively participating in the sales closure process with Engineering and Field Operations to successfully complete the project on time delivery
• Leverage project implementation exposure and performance for added work and account penetration. Develop strategy and up-scope all projects to maximize revenue potential on each project through:
  • use of pre project planning meetings / kick-off meetings
  • o use of on-site management time during project implementation
  • o use of post project reviews on site

Candidate profile

• BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical expertise
• 4-5 years of work experience
• Project Management experience (cost estimating, contract management, subcontracting)
• Senior Secondary Vocational Education level
• Fluency in Dutch and English in writing and speech
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office & Projects
• Interested in commercial- and legal aspects
