Head Reservoir Engineering

Do you have a Minimum of 15 years experience in subsurface / Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering in combination with good management skills? We are recruiting a candidate for a fulltime position of Head Reservoir Engineering For an Exploration and Development department of one of our clients, a international operator with an office in the The Hague area. The E&D Department from this operator consists of integrated teams where geologists, geophysicists and reservoir engineers work together in several Asset Teams.

As Head of Reservoir Engineering you are responsible for managing, training and coaching a team of Reservoir Engineers on technical aspects ensuring the highest possible quality of all work performed within the asset teams.

Profile

• MSc /PhD or equivalent in Petroleum or Reservoir Engineering.
• 15+ years experience in the field of Reservoir Engineering / Petroleum Engineering
• Experience in drilling technology, well operations & stimulation.
• Strong team player with managerial experience and solid technical experience.
• Result oriented and proven track record in oil as well as gas field development and in successfully applying the latest well stimulation and production improvement techniques.
• Knowledge of wire line logging.
• Sound knowledge of the English language (written and verbal).
