The position

We’re looking for a VP of sales who loves nothing more than rolling up their sleeves and diving in. We’re a startup that’s growing fast and with over €8 million in funding, we’re going places.

Tasks & responsibilities 

How to play the game?
This person will be the playmaker. The one who calls the shots, designs the game plan and moves everybody into the right position. They’ll work closely with the CEO, reporting in to them, but also giving advice, strategy and structure to the entire business. They’ll be training top performing Account Executives to create other star players that can win big and play hard.

We’ll be looking to the playmaker for advice in Enterprise SaaS, scaling the sales team, developing new processes, nurturing the pipeline and getting us ready for international expansion.
 
Candidate profile

Player requirements
We’re not shy about our ambition and we’re proud of the hunger we have, which is why we’re only interested in talking to the best people in the game. To play with us, you’ll need 5+ years of experience leading high-performing B2B Enterprise SaaS Sales. You’re the type of person that has a proven track record in all that you do, including leading direct sales, pre-sales, sales support and channel sales. You will have taken a SaaS company from €1 million ARR to at least €10 million in ARR. You will of course have led successful sales teams of more than 20 people and be a master in the subtle art of repeatable deals.
