Our Client was founded in Asia 35 years ago. Since then, they have grown by reputation and influence into a global company. They currently operate in Asia, the Pacific, the United States and Europe.
The position
The company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager in printing. In this role you are a senior member within the Sales department and you report directly to the Managing Director. This involves the responsibility of developing given territories in conjunction with the colleague Sales Manager and Marketing Manager, defining sales and developing sales activity plans to reach and exceed these sales objectives for new and existing products.
Tasks & responsibilities
As Senior Sales Manager you are to implement strategic plans in the sales areas also (new) marketing concepts, you are P&L responsible and give support to local sales channels and partners at Senior Management level. You visit trade fairs and have strong focus on market developments. As part of your Sales team you support dealers in organizing workshops, customer events and exhibitions as part of the sales promotions. In this role you need to travel 20 – 40% in Europe and Africa.
Candidate profile
The Senior Sales Manager Europe needs 8+ professional commercial experience in the large format printing market. You have experience in working with dealers at International Management level. A bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing. You have strong focus on insightful analysis and data gathering, excellent presentation skills, excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (written and orally) and a proven track record in working with cross functional groups.
