Our client is looking for an ambitious Alliance/Partner Manager to join their collective of unique individuals and expand its international footprint.

Tasks & responsibilities

As Alliance Manager you will be responsible for all SaaS partnerships within Europe. Considered a trusted coach and expert, you as the Partner Success Manager will ensure that the EMEA partners will gain in-depth knowledge of the platform, which will enable them to drive value to their customers.

It’ll be your key responsibility to establish and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders in their partner network. Furthermore, you’ll be the main liaison between the internal Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams and making sure both sides are aligned.

Your activities will include, yet not be limited to: Partner training and certification, conducting workshops, analyzing performance date, technical implementation, reporting back to your internal teams and participating in events.

Candidate profile

  • 7+ years working in a commercial role, 2+ years as a Partner Manager or similar role selling Consultancy/Services (ideally within FinTech!)
  • You are extremely organized, structured and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, any additional language is a plus
