Join a fast-scaling FinTech SaaS transforming the CFO’s office, from tax/compliance and e-invoicing to AP automation. The platform is trusted by thousands of enterprises and hundreds of thousands of SMEs, processing $300B+ invoices annually with a 70% YoY growth trajectory.

After winning across Asia and the Middle East, the company is accelerating in Europe, with Germany as a priority market. Expect a lean, high-ownership environment, global leadership access, and strong enablement (SDR, marketing, and modern sales stack) to back your playbook.

The position

Own new business acquisition across Germany. You’ll sell to CFO/Finance leaders and IT at mid-market and enterprise accounts (€50–500M+ revenue), landing first logos and shaping a repeatable GTM motion. You will:

  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales (prospect → close), closing €20–100k ACV (avg. ~€40k) deals in 3–5-month cycles.
  • Build a 5× pipeline, self-source ~50% of opportunities (outbound, events, network), partner with SDRs for the rest.
  • Drive multi-threaded, MEDDICC-led discovery, quantified ROI, mutual close plans, and forecast discipline in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Product to localize messaging and de-risk German data residency / InfoSec objections.

Tasks & responsibilities

 

Candidate profile

  • Experience: 5–10 years B2B SaaS closing experience in Germany; wins with Finance & IT buying centers. Background in FinTech / CFO software / ERP / compliance a strong plus (fluent in MEDDICC, multi-threading, close plans, and Salesforce hygiene).
  • Personality/Soft-Skills: Executive presence with conservative stakeholders; resilient (comfortable building in greenfield conditions), data-driven, collaborative with SDR/Marketing, and rigorous on forecast accuracy.
  • Languages: German (C2) + English (fluent).
  • Location: Germany (Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, or Frankfurt). Travel for client meetings and key events expected (10-20%).
