Description 

The Sales Manager Netherlands reports to CEO (first quarters, later stage VP Northern Europe (UK Based). 

Key responsibilities:

  • Owning and achieving consistently the monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue (Set-up and SaaS) Quota
  • Plan and execute all relevant territory activities to speed up incremental license and PaYG revenue in NL
  • Work closely with marketing to drive pipeline programs
  • Work closely with pre-sales to convert qualified opportunities into signed deals
  • Accurate use of SFDC to reflect all ongoing activities in the NL territory
  • Activate weekly own cold call initiatives to secure a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Participate in (network) events in NL
  • Develop cross/up sell opportunities at the existing NL customers
  • Account profiling of Named Target Accounts
  • Develop a partner network to extend the coverage in the NL territory

Requirements

  • BA/MA education in Business, Marketing or IT;
  • Experience with Marketing Automation/SAAS solutions;
  • Well-developed network in the Enterprise environment;
  • Proven track record as a hands-on sales manager with the ability to close deals by him/herself;
  • The potential or preferably the experience to build up strong sales teams and channel organization in the future;
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience, developing and implementing strategy within similar organizations;
  • Experience or a good understanding of the new developments in the (direct) marketing environment;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Preferably start up experience;
  • Experience in marketing and selling a SAAS based solution.

Salary

€ 160.000 OTE
