Nobel Recruitment are partnered with one of Amsterdam’s fastest growing FinTech businesses. With recent unicorn status and series G funding, our partner is looking to expand rapidly and have already entered hyper-growth.

The position

With a global base of 3000+ customers across 60+ countries, our client is a recognized leader in their niche and as such, would like to continue to hire A-players in their fastest growing region; EMEA. We are now looking for a Sales Manager to help drive the development and growth of the mid-market sales function.

Tasks & responsibilities

What’s important in this role?

People Management:

  • Setting expectations of what good looks like and how to achieve that
  • Be a hands-on mentor/coach with your talented team of Account Executives
  • Ensure weekly sales meetings occur that accurately illustrate current pipeline and where support tis required
  • Assist team members on call, meetings & deal situations
  • Ensure clients are receiving the best possible practice
  • Be able to effectively showcase the value proposition of our client’s product suite and how it sits in the landscape
  • Ensure effective collaboration between all parts of the sales org including pre sales, CS & finance
  • Live call coaching and participation in live meetings
  • Assist with time management and help team optimize weekly/daily cadence and structure as needed
  • Performance reviews and regular performance and career development conversations
  • Inspire a winning team culture

Strategy:

  • Regular work on GTM strategy pertaining to current market conditions
  • Drive outcomes from the team through regular initiatives
  • Facilitating communication and interaction with other internal teams/departments – bridge internally and externally
  • Risk mitigation altogether – the team, competitors, opportunities, culture. If there is something going wrong we need to understand the risk
  • Coherent cross collaboration between various teams and departments

Operations:

  • Accurate revenue forecasting
  • Effective pipeline management
  • Clean CRM work and development
  • Provide platform for your team to success
