Nobel Recruitment are delighted to be engaged with a Post Series A scale up looking to hire aa Sales Director EMEA, initially to lead a team of passionate problem-solvers, working hard to build and provide the best social intranet out there. It’s our client's dream to make work a happier place by bringing people together through a happy digital culture. 

The position

The team needs a proven leader, hungry to develop our team and accelerate sales, who will support the EMEA new business strategy and work closely with our outbound lead generation function. Our ideal candidate is able to quickly get to grips with the market landscape and leverage for competitive advantage and is able to design a structure and process from scratch. Furthermore, we are looking for a modern 'servant leader' willing to be hands on and coach/mentor the team to success. 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manage a local team of Account Executives of different levels to exceed team revenue quota
  • Help build the EMEA sales org 
  • Contribute to strategy and own the execution of regional GTM, including Demand Generation initiatives and a strong focus on Outbound
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and productivity across Sales, Solutions, Marketing, Partnerships and Product
  • Reporting (and forecasting) accurately and insightfully into Global Leadership on weekly, monthly and quarterly cycles
  • Ensuring the delivery of Sales Enablement initiatives in line with evolving objectives and opportunities
  • Cultivate and inspire an epic culture 
  • Work with the marketing team and support them to effectively create and manage successful client campaigns appropriate for the local market.

Candidate profile

  • At least 2+ years of Sales Mgmt experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Building a team
  • Data-driven in reporting, decision making and performance management
  • Track record of future-proofing organisations, by cultivating senior individual contributors/team leads
  • Strong coach and training provider 
  • Passion for key deal strategy and support
  • Experience with international expansion in an agile environment and growth of SaaS companies is a strong plus
