The organisation

Our client is a US software company delivering a broad range of Infrastructure software solutions.

The position

For the Benelux we are looking for a committed Sales Manager who can motivate and help the small team of sales executives, channel manager and inside sales to win new customers and has a proven trackrecord achieving this. You will be a playing captain responsible for your team and a few specific accounts of your own. 

Candidate profile

You are a goal oriented team player who likes to work in a dynamic organisation in a culture of a fast growing company with a great personal empowerment and independency, hands-on, no-nonsense, hard work-hard play, pay for performance, young and informal but very professional atmosphere. High level of independency. New business acumen and target driven. You are able to grow the results in the Benelux area and will report directly to the VP EMEA. 

You are experienced in selling infrastructure software solutions, virtualization, middleware, security or system managementsoftware to large accounts and can show a proven track record in selling enterprise IT software solutions in virtualized environments. Experience selling software solutions in infrastructure is essential. Although you are experienced in cooperating with Channels and Alliances you understand how to stay in the drivers seat. 

Working experience for small Software Vendor is preferred. We are looking for someone who can make it happen, without being dependent on a large marketing machine which is typical for the large software vendors. 

Fluent in English and Dutch

Salary indication

Up to € 200.000 - 250.000 OTE.
