Recognised for its GDPR compliance, data ownership commitment, and strong stance against big-tech tracking, it offers both a SaaS cloud solution and an on-premise deployment model.
The company has grown to €5–6M ARR in Germany through a product-led motion and self-serve adoption. With 1% global market share already, they are now launching their first outbound go-to-market strategy, with Germany as a top priority alongside France and the US. This is one of their most mature markets, with an ambitious plan to move from mid-market dominance into the enterprise space.
The position
Your Role as Regional Sales Lead
- Develop and execute a targeted outbound strategy for Germany, collaborating with marketing on ABM campaigns (leverage client success stories to win strategic lookalike accounts).
- Drive new business sales into mid-market and enterprise accounts using a value-led, consultative approach.
- Manage complex sales cycles (6–12 months) with deal values typically €30–50k.
- Build market presence through in-person meetings, events, and conferences (approx. 20–30% travel).
- Feed market insights back into global GTM strategy and support localisation efforts.
Candidate profile
- Experience: 3+ years of mid-market outbound & closing selling experience, ideally in martech, data analytics, BI. Also, experience with Account-based Marketing.
- Personality/Soft Skills: Hunter mindset, entrepreneurial, consultative, data-driven.
- Languages: Native-level German (C2) and fluent English.
- Location: Remote in Germany, ideally near a major tech hub.
(This is a Germany-based role, and a fluent/bilingual (C2) level of German is essential to be a successful applicant.)
