The position
As Key Account Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with key customers (end users) in the food industry, positioning Intralox as the preferred partner for conveyance solutions. Reporting to the BU Manager Food, you will be instrumental in driving long-term, profitable sales growth by delivering tailored value propositions to customers. This is a home-based role, with a strong international focus and regular travel required (up to 75%).
Tasks & responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts/ end users to drive sustainable sales growth
- Develop and present compelling Account Value Propositions that clearly communicate quantified benefits for customers
- Own and execute strategic Account Plans in collaboration with MPS Account Managers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization
- Manage contracts and negotiations with customers, maintaining clear communication between corporate and plant-level contacts
- Regularly review account progress, adjust resources and strategies as needed, and drive sales opportunities to closure
- Work closely with the Business Development Analyst and MPS Team to refine Intralox’s value proposition based on ongoing industry analysis and customer feedback
Candidate profile
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- In-depth knowledge of the food(MPS) and packaging industries, including key players, technology, and production processes
- Strong technical understanding and a keen interest in conveyance technology
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized with a strong commercial mindset
- Proven ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities and projects
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region and internationally (up to 75%)

Location
You will be a member of the Intralox MPS team and ideally be based in the Netherlands, working from a home office. In Amsterdam is the headquarter for the EMEA region.
