Their mission is simple but ambitious: to redefine the delivery experience through data, automation, and precision. With over 100 tech specialists and operations in five countries, they’re building one of the most advanced delivery ecosystems in the region.
The position
They’re now looking for a salesperson to join their growing team in Denmark.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of their client relationships, managing and growing partnerships with some of their biggest merchant clients. You’ll own a portfolio of around 20 key accounts.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with top Danish merchants
- Analyze account performance and spot opportunities for growth
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and drive retention initiatives
- Reconnect with former clients and reignite partnerships
- Collaborate closely with operations, tech, and product teams
- Support client integrations and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Visit client sites and terminals (travel to Jutland around once a month)
Candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager within SaaS (ideally e-commerce or FinTech)
- A relationship builder who’s analytical, structured, and curious about technology
- Skilled in value-based and consultative selling, you can make complex solutions simple
- Experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by making an impact
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Holds a valid driving license
The offer
- Salary: up to DKK 60,000 depending on experience
- Pension: 4% employer / 2% employee
- Tools: Laptop and all necessary equipment provided
