The position
 
You will be the Head of Sales for the Benelux market, initially generating pipeline and revenue before growing a regional team. 

  • You will steer the Benelux market with sales, marketing and customer support team members working from London, Paris and Lille.
  • You will display a consistent passion to solve customer issues, leveraging our client's ability to have a social impact and disrupt the world of retail.
  • As we’re growing fast, you’ll adapt and grow with us, eventually taking on new challenges and responsibilities in your role.
  • What will your main responsibilities be?
  • Develop a client portfolio: You will be responsible for creating and developing a portfolio of “strategic clients” in the Benelux area.
  • Define strategy: You will design and implement the go to market strategy for the Benelux sales org. 
  • Close deals: You will be expected to drive revenue and take deals from lead to close. 
  • Generate leads: You will be expected to leverage your network and prospecting abilities to nurture a substantial pipeline. 

You will be closely collaborating with existing teams in the  UK and in France, consisting of very skilled people who will look to help and support you as much as possible.

You will also collaborate with the Product Marketing and Customer Success teams, the VP of Sales & CEO, working hand in hand with them on complex sales. 

Candidate profile

Desired Education & Experience

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience selling software solutions (SaaS) and developing large accounts.
  • You are a master of complex sales methodologies such as SPIN, Strategic Selling, Target Account Selling or Challenger Sales.
  • You have an impeccable track record of selling at the Enterprise level.
  • A solid knowledge of the retail sector in the Benelux area is a plus.
  • Dutch native with excellent written & verbal English skills.
