The organisation
This private equity-backed software group is building a category-defining ecosystem of mission-critical tools for the timber and metal fabrication industries. Their growing portfolio already includes market-leading CAD, CAM, and ERP solutions used by thousands of manufacturers across Europe.
Now generating €25M+ in ARR through a multi-brand, multi-entity model, the group is on a high-growth trajectory and aims to double revenue in the next 2–3 years through strategic M&A and operational scale-up. You’ll join a newly formed group leadership team backed by a prominent European PE fund, playing a pivotal role in shaping the commercial engine of the future.
The position
As Head of Partnership Management, you will build and lead the group’s international reseller and channel ecosystem from the ground up. You’ll define the partner strategy, structure enablement and incentive programs, and execute expansion into key European and international markets.
- Design and implement a comprehensive global partner strategy aligned with commercial goals.
- Identify, onboard, and scale high-impact resellers, VARs, and OEM partners across Europe and beyond.
- Build structured enablement programs, including certifications, onboarding, tiering (e.g. Bronze/Silver/Gold), and performance incentives.
- Collaborate closely with the CSO and Heads of Sales to align partner and direct sales channels.
- Explore strategic partner M&A opportunities where relevant.
Candidate profile
Experience:
- 5–8+ years of partnership or channel management in B2B software.
- Track record of building indirect go-to-market models across Europe or internationally.
- Experience structuring and scaling reseller programs with defined KPIs, tiers, and incentives.
- Bonus: exposure to ERP, CAD, CAM, or other industrial software verticals.
Personality/Soft-Skills:
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on — thrives in greenfield environments.
- Strategic thinker with operational execution skills.
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Commercially curious and capable of influencing at all levels.
Languages: Fluent/bilingual German (C1) and professional English.
Location: Germany, Austria, or Switzerland preferred. Hybrid setup with international travel as needed.
This is a DACH-based role, and a fluent/bilingual (C1) level of German is essential to be a successful applicant.
