The position

First in class Global Account Executive, responsible for the profitable growth of a portfolio of enterprise clients, of which a leading player in financial services.

Tasks & responsibilities

The Global Account Executive:

  • Owns the overall relationship with the client, consulting on global workforce solutions to improve business results
  • Sells at senior level him/herself, directs a dedicated functional pursuit team and collaborates with other teams to identify and deliver on opportunities
  • Strategically manages and expands client P&L
  • Translates client strategy and priorities into clear sales plans that capitalize on client/industry opportunity
  • Leverages thought leadership to position his/herself as an industry leader and trusted talent advisor to the client C-suite
  • Reporting to Vice President Sales Northern Europe and dotted line to the Commercial Director Netherlands

Candidate profile

  • Master degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior sales positions in global and matrix organizations
  • Proven successful in closing large global deals, preferably in financial services
  • Very commercial, outgoing, goal-getter and very active in your market/networker
  • Background in Staffing, HR software or IT
  • Up to date knowledge of and vision on the financial service industry and related themes
  • Fluent in English & Dutch, both written and spoken, is a requirement
  • A third language such as French or Spanish is a plus

We are looking for a hands-on, driven Global Account Executive who is seasoned at engaging with C-level customers. He or she combines a high conceptual level of thinking with pragmatic strength. No nonsense, commitment and customer-oriented are core values of the Global Account Executive. The complex dynamics of a global role within a locally driven market requires strong networking and excellent stakeholder management skills.
