Fully bootstrapped, at 10M+ ARR and consistently profitable with 30%+ growth ambitions, the company is now doubling down on its strongest market: Germany and the wider DACH region. With 3,000+ customers worldwide and strong adoption among major enterprises, you’ll join a remote-first European team (~70 people) that values transparency, ownership and collaboration.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a core strategic role right as the enterprise sales function is being built.
The position
You will own a high-value enterprise territory, with ~60 named accounts in Germany and significant expansion potential (€6M+). This is a hunter role within an expansion environment: you’ll proactively map large accounts, open doors across business units, and create new opportunities within a strong existing customer base—while also driving new logo acquisition when relevant.
You will be the first Enterprise AE, setting the standard for how enterprise selling is done: methodology, discipline, cadence, and collaboration across Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.
This is an Germany-based, and a fluent/bilingual (C2) level of German is essential to be a successful applicant.
Tasks & responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Driving full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales: pipeline generation, multi-unit account mapping, discovery, workshops, POCs, negotiation, and closing.
- Owning ~60 enterprise accounts in DACH (initial book of ~€1.5M ARR), unlocking expansion opportunities across regions and business units.
- Proactively identifying whitespace and creating new pipeline (hunter mentality).
- Working closely with Customer Success, BI Specialists, Pre-Sales, and Partner teams to align on account plans and accelerate enterprise adoption.
- Acting as a role model for enterprise selling—structured, proactive, hands-on, accountable, and collaborative.
Providing insights to shape the enterprise playbook, sales motions, and go-to-market strategy.
Candidate profile
Experience:
- 5–10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ years closing enterprise deals in DACH.
- Proven hunter with a track record of generating and closing your own opportunities.
- Confident closing €50k–€100k+ ARR deals and navigating 3–9 month, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience in BI/data/analytics or the Microsoft / Power BI ecosystem is a strong plus.
Personality / Soft Skills:
- Highly proactive, hands-on and accountable – you take ownership of pipeline and outcomes.
- Collaborative, low-ego and comfortable working without commission-based territory fights.
- Structured and analytical in how you map accounts, build plans and forecast.
- Open, direct communicator who is happy to both give and receive feedback and help “build the machine”.
Languages: German bilingual or near-native (C2) & English fluent (C1+).
Location: Remote Germany and willing to travel occasionally for customers, events and team workshops.
