Our client is a rapidly scaling software company transforming how clinical trials are conducted worldwide. The business has doubled in size year over year, growing from 25 employees in 2024 to 50 in early 2025 and aiming for 100 by 2026.

Most of the team is in the US, while you direct manager is based in Copenhagen.
The position
As the first European Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business within large pharmaceutical and biotech organizations across global markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients modernize clinical operations through cutting-edge software solutions.
This is a high-impact, consultative sales role suited for an experienced enterprise seller who thrives in complex, long-cycle environments and enjoys building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

Sales Environment
- Customer Type: Large pharmaceutical and biotech organizations (end users include hospitals and clinical sites)
- Sales Cycles:
- Large Pharma: 6–24 months | Deal sizes: USD 500K–5M
- Biotech: 6–12 months | Deal sizes: USD 250K+
- Decision Makers: Typically VP of Clinical Operations and C-suite stakeholders
- CRM: HubSpot
- Sales Methodology: Challenger Sales and SPIN Selling
Tasks & responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
- Build and nurture relationships with senior executives in Pharma and Biotech sectors
- Navigate multi-stakeholder, consultative sales processes with patience and precision
- Represent the company with credibility and thought leadership in an emerging, disruptive market
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales Engineering, Data/Tech, and User Resources teams
Candidate profile
- 10+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS to Pharma or Biotech clients
- Proven success closing complex enterprise deals of USD 1M+ (or USD 500k for Biotech role)
- Consultative, curious, and an active listener able to articulate value in a new and evolving category
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical buyer culture
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Stable employment history; values professionalism and integrity
The offer
- Base salary up to € 125.000 yearly (78k dkk monthly)
- OTE double up (€ 250.000 yearly)
- Ramp up period Y1
- Very fair and realistic targets
- Contract via EOR, including local benefits.
