Backed by a leading private equity firm, the company has already achieved significant ARR and is expanding its footprint across DACH and Central Europe. You’ll join a mission-driven team that values collaboration, initiative, and the impact of protecting businesses and consumers alike.

The position

You will own the full sales cycle across the DACH and Central European region, targeting banks, payment service providers, and financial institutions with market-leading fraud prevention and payment verification solutions.

  • Hunt, open, and close new business opportunities with banks and PSPs.
  • Drive value-led conversations with senior stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and risk reduction.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to execute the GTM strategy.
  • Use HubSpot to manage your pipeline effectively, forecasting and reporting with precision.

Candidate profile

Who You Are:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of new business sales experience within FinTech, SaaS, or payments.
  • Proven track record of selling into banks, financial institutions, or PSPs in the DACH region.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle with a hunter mindset and consultative approach.
  • Bonus: Exposure to fraud prevention, risk, or payment-related SaaS/API solutions.

Personality/Soft-Skills:

  • Independent, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious and commercially driven, thriving in scale-up environments.

Languages:

  • Fluent/bilingual German (C2) and professional English.

Location:

  • Germany (within 3 hours of Utrecht preferred), hybrid and remote flexibility available.

This is a Germany-based role, and a fluent/bilingual (C2) level of German is essential to be a successful applicant.
