The position
This is a foundational sales role responsible for driving the enterprise go-to-market strategy. You’ll take over from the founder, owning the entire sales cycle for large, complex deals and closing new logos across Europe.
This is not your average sales position, it’s an opportunity to step into the driver’s seat, take ownership of a high-growth territory, and influence how enterprise sales is done at scale in a product-led organization.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales process from discovery through to signed contracts
- Engage and build trusted relationships with technical (CTOs, engineers) and business decision-makers
- Navigate and influence multi-stakeholder environments (3–5+ people per account)
- Manage RFPs and public tenders, especially in regulated sectors
- Run ABM campaigns, collaborate with partners and marketing, and participate in industry events
- Translate the value of event streaming, data infrastructure, and API management into customer impact
- Work alongside technical presales and BDRs to build a healthy pipeline and close strategic accounts
Candidate profile
- 5+ years experienced in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in data infrastructure, middleware, or event streaming
- Confident speaking with both engineers and executives, and can tailor messaging accordingly
- Familiar with running complex deal cycles using MEDDPICC, including BANT, MQL/SQL handoff, and multi-threaded discovery
- Independent and proactive – someone who can figure things out, build relationships, and go after deals
- Seen as a trusted partner rather than a vendor
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Based in the Netherlands
The offer
- Base salary: € 6.5K – €7.5K/month (incl. holiday allowance)
- OTE: €150K (with €50K commission, focused on new logo acquisition)
- Annual target: €500K ARR
- Equity: Share Appreciation Rights (after 12 months)
