The position

• Together with the sales & account team and the programme managers, you will define the sales policy, objectives and set the targets within the organisation.
• You will analyse and take charge of targeted OEM customers as a global account manager.
• You will ensure regional support and sales strategy alignment between EU, Asian and US sales teams.
• You will act as an inspiring manager for the 7 Automotive Account Managers worldwide.
• You will report to the General Manager BU Automotive.

Your profile

• Experience in key account management in a professional B2B electronics or OEM automotive environment. 
• Proven skills as a sales manager, preferably in a multi-site and international setting. 
• Technical understanding, familiar with industrial business creation and manufacturing processes. 
• Bachelors degree and a MBA is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of F&A and P&L processes. Excellent English language skills and additional languages are a plus.
• Willing to travel frequently in Europe, Asia and US.
