The organisation

Turn a promising product into a category leader, fast! You will own the full commercial engine across marketing, sales and post-sale expansion to turn first product market fit into repeatable growth.

Your North Star: compound net new and expansion ARR to reach by, while holding NRR and unit economics to our scale bar. We operate 50/50: direct acquisition and partnerships, tuned to SMB and mid-market sales. You will shape pricing, packaging and the operational cadence that lets us scale without drama.

Team
Join a founder-led team with deep operations DNA and a product already running live in multiple hotels. You will partner tightly with the finance lead to turn data into direction, and work with product and tech to keep our human-first, AI-enabled experience sharp. We are an Amsterdam-based crew who like solving real customer problems in person.

The position

What you’ll achieve
In your first 12 months you will design and run a simple, precise revenue system: plan, pipeline, performance. You will ship the partner program and an inbound engine that makes the phone ring for the right reasons. You will make it clear how every euro becomes growth.Stand up a repeatable deal path from first touch to live in ACV typically €50-100k.
Hire and coach a small, senior team across marketing, sales and success to hit.

How you’ll grow
You’ll get real decision rights, a clear board-facing seat, and the mandate to raise the bar. If you land the plan and the numbers, there is a path to broader P&L ownership and, over time, a potential move to CEO. We fund enablement properly: tooling, content, training and expert support.

Candidate profile

Excellence standard
You’ve built or rebuilt the engine in an early-stage B2B SaaS, taking it from roughly €1M to €10m ARR and beyond. Without needing a 100-person team. You can switch from pricing architecture to a live enterprise demo in the same morning. You write crisp plans, forecast accurately, and you enjoy being on-site with customers and your team in Amsterdam.

  • Evidence of owning the full funnel: marketing, direct sales, partners, CS expansion.
  • Track record in complex sales with multi-stakeholder deals and implementation to value in weeks, not quarters.
  • High-integrity leadership: you coach, you ship, you share credit, you protect the culture.
