Founded in 2014, this French tech startup specialised in cloud-calling solution has been disrupting the telco industry. 

The startup has been growing with no end in sight, and we can say with assurance that everyone has heard their name. 

Recently, the company has received another round of funding, which has them reaching the UNICORN status. Together with this new investment, comes shiny new product features, but also some scaling-up and internationalisation with a new office in Berlin (thus a handful of amazing new roles ?

Tasks & responsibilities

It’ll be expected of you to lead and train the Sales Development team for DACH, Nordics and Benelux. The SDR function is one of the most important in the Sales department as Business developers are the window of the company, and the first point of contact of your potential customers. 

As a manager, you will put the development of your team first by bettering their selling skills and product knowledge. You are able to support your team through success and failure and will be conducting weekly 1-on-1 to keep your team engaged and identify the areas of improvement by listening to calls and review multichannel outreaches.

You will be following activities and pipeline by reporting KPIs and target achievements back to the business.

Candidate profile

  • You have over 3 years' experience in SaaS. You occupied an BDR position  ideally moved up to an Account Executive position. A thorough knowledge of an entire sales cycle in SaaS is ideal. 
  • You speak English fluently 
  • You are native German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
  • You are positive, people-focus, and driven by your team’s success
  • You are data-driven and can report your team’s progress with KPIs and metrics
  • Ideally you have had team-lead experience
