The organisation

A market leader, top company according to Gartner and a sales role, where targets are realistic.

A global FinTech leader is expanding its Nordic sales team and looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in Stockholm (can be remote in whole Sweden).

With over 20+ years of existence and 800+ employees worldwide, they have a large market share  in the Nordic region across manufacturing, retail, and distribution. Recognized by Gartner, they continue to shape how organizations manage financial processes.

The position

As an Enterprise Account Executive you own the full sales cycle for 100 named& enterprise companies (keeping them for 12 months after closing the deal). Supported by BDRs, marketing, and partners, while still expected that you build 40% of your own pipeline via outbound (calls, LinkedIn, email)

Expect deal sizes around $200K and a 6–12 month sales cycle. ICP is CFOs in retail, distribution and manufacturing.

Yearly targets are $1M ARR after a 9-month ramp period.

Candidate profile

Expectations:

  • 4–5 yrs SaaS / tech sales experience, ideally selling to CFOs
  • Proven track record meeting or beating quota (Deal of €50k+ ARR)
  • Fluent in Swedish + English
  • Curious, driven, collaborative, and values-led
