The organisation

Founded in 2000, It is a Norwegian all-in-one brand management platform. With 230 employees globally they are on 35 mio ARR and can be found in Nordics, UK, DACH and US.

They had a transformation recently, with new leaders joining, including a CSO. The goal of the transformation is to create a structure in each department, unite the team and make sure everyone is aligned.

They are focusing on MidMarket/Lower Enterprise clients, deal sizes €50k-€100k and 3-5 months sales cycles. Retail, Automotive, FMCG (companies who are strongly depended on their brand). Stakeholders are CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Directors.Clients include Mercedes, Novo Nordisk, PepsiCo, Helly Hansen and DSV.

The position

What it take to succeed.

The CSO will be your direct manager. He is responsible for the New Logos and currently has 4 AEs in his team (1 US, 2 DACH, 1 UK). The experienced AEs are on target, while the new ones are closing first deals.

The Swedish AE can be based in Stockholm, London or Amsterdam. Remote is also an option if the candidate is actually able to cope remote work life.

Despite many leads coming inbound or via SDRs, it is vital that the candidate has a true hunter and outbound mindset.

Candidate profile

Hard skills:

  • 5 years AE experience, ideally over two scale up companies
  • Deal sizes €30k-80k (beneficial if sold to same ICP)
  • Able to build own pipeline, self starter and go getter mentality.
  • Has worked with targets of €600k-€800k, closing about 10-15 deals pr year.
  • Needs to be structured, understand methodologies, negotiation and performance focused. MEDDPICC is good to know, but not a must

Financial & Benefits Package

  • Base salary: up to €90k
  • OTE is €180k (50/50 split), quarterly paid, uncapped and realistic to hit
