The organisation

Our client is a fast-scaling fintech that's growing 70% year-on-year.

The position

You'll drive €200k quarterly revenue targets across mid-market and enterprise accounts (€20-100M revenue), focusing on €40k average deal values with 3-4 month sales cycles. This role delivers measurable impact as part of an aggressive expansion from €0.5M to €15M ARR within two years, targeting CFOs and finance directors across France and Germany. Your performance will directly contribute to the company's path to €100M ARR and planned IPO within 2-3 years.

Join a high-growth environment where your individual contributions matter. You'll work alongside experienced sellers who've successfully launched in 6 countries. The team values entrepreneurial drive and celebrates measurable wins as you help establish market presence in new territories.

Tasks & responsibilities

You'll close 20+ new clients annually, managing a pipeline of ~100 qualified opportunities across your territory. Your success metrics include consistent quota attainment, with clear progression paths based on performance outcomes. You'll be developing relationships with C-suite executives at European enterprises.

Candidate profile

You're seeking sales professionals with 3- 7 years of B2B software experience. You'll thrive with complex deal cycles, enterprise-level negotiations, and consultative selling approaches. Strong preference for FinTech, ERP, or compliance software backgrounds. French fluency is essential for your territory, with proven ability to navigate cultural nuances in European markets. Experience with greenfield expansion or early-stage scaling preferred.

The offer

€ 140.000 - 190.000 OTE (50-50 split) + Performance-based equity.
