The position

The Account Director maintains the good relationship with clients, together with a team of account managers. You will be responsible for formulating the account strategy and ensure the quality of the services provided to your clients.

Candidate profile

• 15 years experience, of which 12 years in Managed Services
• Extensive experience of Transitioning medium scale projects involving 200 – 1000 elements involving DC move, End User Services migration to new provider
• Should have experience with End to End Managed Services engagement and transition cost principles 
• Should have good understanding of Project financials and various costing models.
• Should have experience working with multiple teams [Internal and External]
• Should have experience managing the incumbent provider

Occasional travel to the United Kingdom or Germany is required.
