The position

As a digital leader you play an essential role in driving our digital transformation and shaping our online presence to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the company’s growth and success. You manage one digital manager, implement innovative online strategies, and leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful results that resonate with our target audience, pet owner, farmers, vet staff and other stakeholders. By harnessing the power of digital marketing channels and analytics, you help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving online landscape, positioning Zoetis Benelux as a leader in our industry. You leverage digital innovation to drive business outcomes and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment, collaborating with all teams of the organisation. You develop mutually long-term partnerships with international colleagues. As part of the Benelux leadership team you work closely with the General Manager, Business Unit Directors and other relevant stakeholders. In this regulated veterinary pharmaceutical industry you maintain high standard of business conducts and compliance.

Candidate profile

• Track record in online marketing & communication;
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business;
• You know how to make commercial impact with your digital plans;
• Experience in leadership; 
• Exceptional communication skills; 
• Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus;
• Result driven, analytical, ambitious and customer focused.

The salary indication for this position is € 90.000 - 110.000, plus 10% bonus and car.
