The position

We are searching for a result driven and people oriented Teamlead Data & Analytics who will be responsible for conducting insightful analyses, translating business-specific data for broader organizational purposes, and providing actionable insights.

As Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Allseas to leverage internal and external data to gain profound insights using cutting-edge technologies like AI and Machine Learning. You will be directly reporting to the Manager Information Technology.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ensures that the team enables Allseas with expert advice and support on all Data related subjects.
• Assembles and coordinates technology, and processes necessary to address the current and future analytics needs of Allseas.
• Plays an active supporting role in the definition and execution of all processes regarding analytics IT issues
• Ensures that the team develops and maintains our Data & Analytics capabilities
• Support the business with expert advice and support on Data & Analytics topics and we as a team deliver the tools so we can use the data of Allseas in the best possible manner
• Create physical data models that can be operationalized within the Allseas's workflows and infrastructure to ensure data solutions meet business requirements

• Play an instrumental role in evolving and designing new applications of data science and analytics to business problems.

• Build a strong team, by mentoring and developing the required capabilities within the team
• Play an instrumental role in evolving and designing new applications of data science and analytics to business problems
• Bring vision and strategy to improve efficiency in the way analytics and data science teams work
• Develop solutions for validating values and schemas to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Ensure data reliability by developing and implementing validation against structural requirements

Candidate profile

• Extensive experience and understanding of data analytics, machine learning and AI, with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide and monitor a team's progress, focusing on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• A forward-thinking view of the future of data analytics, with the ability to identify and implement new technologies and methods that take the team's performance to the next level.
• The ability to translate strong objectives into effective data strategies and solutions, taking into account both short-term meanings and the long-term vision.
• Strong sense of integrity and responsibility, with attention to data privacy and security, where you ensure the implementation and therefore of company-wide data standards and protocols.
• The mandatory language a candidate needs to speak is Dutch and English
• The required education level is: Academic, Bachelor
• Required years of experience in this position: 3 to 10 years
