As a Senior Product Manager, you will take full product development commercial responsibility for multiple software products. From defining the mission, vision, and strategy to executing product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering teams, you will drive innovation and market adoption. Your role covers the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning and development to go-to-market execution. You will manage complex stakeholder relationships, monitor product performance, and implement continuous improvements to maintain a competitive advantage.

Candidate profile

With over ten years of experience in Product Management, you have a proven track record of making software products commercially successful. You thrive in Agile environments and can efficiently manage multiple products simultaneously. Your strategic mindset and problem-solving skills enable you to quickly adapt to market changes and optimize product offerings. With a customer-focused approach, market industry & market knowledge and strong analytical abilities, you set priorities and identify growth opportunities. You are a strong communicator, build lasting relationships, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment.

The offer

You can expect a competitive monthly salary between €7.000 and €8.000, an annual bonus, a monthly mobility package, and an 8% holiday allowance.
