The position 

The IT Lead Supply Chain Management coordinates the process design and implementation of global technology solutions for the Distribution and Supply Chain Management within the organisation globally. You will work alongside key stakeholders across all lines of business and countries, as well as external partners to deliver on the business systems road map. 

Tasks & responsibilities

The IT Lead is adept at technology with domain expertise in Pharma and specifically Distribution, Supply Chain Management and Reporting. In this role you will be responsible for:

• the build and operate systems that support the Distribution and Supply Chain Management 
• design strategies and processes with other areas of IT to ensure data integrity, system availability and network security. 
• manage and prioritize a portfolio of systems initiatives for Distribution and Supply Chain Management. 
• translate global business requirements into technology solutions that fit the needs of the global Distribution and Supply Chain Management teams. You will also ensure the regional governances are in line with global objectives. 

Candidate profile

In order to succeed you have to be a distribution and Supply Chain Management Domain expert who can educate others about trend and best-practices in the pharma and healthcare segment. You are a global strategic thinker who is able to visualize how new technologies can create new opportunities or evolve current models. You are also able to appropriately apply information privacy, data security and confidentiality standards. 

In addition you have also: 

• between the 5 to 10 years experience in SAP 
• at least 4 years of experience with Supply Chain Management Reporting systems
• at least 4 years of experience with Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting systems
• experience with Serialization requirements and solutions
• seven or more years in the pharma/biotech industry
• ability to lead and motivate global teams
• able to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
