Global Infrastructure and Technical Services Manager (m/f)
for a permanent position in Lausanne

Your Duties:

• You will be responsible for the Corporate Centralised Data Centre, Corporate Networks as well as Swiss Headquarter Server based services
• Work in collaboration with other IS and business managers, as well as external partners, to optimise IS services
• Implementation and maintenance of Service Level Agreements
• Management of a team of infrastructure specialists as well as services provided by external suppliers
• Management of Global infrastructure budget

Your Qualifications:

• University level degree in business and/or Information Systems
• Proven experience in managing projects
• Team work and collaboration
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Customer orientation
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Project management certification is a plus
• Fluent English and French
