The position

Tasks & responsibilities

• Set up and manage overall program management plan including scope, planning, budget and resources
• Work closely with the People Development Academy Lead, cross-functional teams, and assigned workstream leads to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, project plan, budget, and timing
• Manage senior stakeholders to drive an aligned view and approach for ASML
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with a track record of delivering global initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments.
• A passion for enabling leaders and driving meaningful organizational change.
• Manage program for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-program initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies within and outside of the program
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
• Work with workstream leads to identify and mitigate risks and issues as well as identify and capitalize on opportunities
• Coach workstream leads on delivery of their strategic, tactical and operational deliverables

Candidate profile

Education and experience

• Master Degree in Human Resource, Business, Sociology or Organizational Change.
• 12+ year of experience with a proven track record of shaping and leading transformational programs in organizations of a similar size and scope to ASML; experience in change management is an added benefit.
• Extensive experience in program management, leadership development, or organizational capability building.
• International mind-set with a proven ability to operate effectively in various cultures.
• Excellent leadership, change and project management skills with the potential to grow into broader management roles over time.
