Position description
The HR Operations Leader Benelux will report to the Regional HR Leader. He/she will lead a team of approximately 35 employees and has 5 direct reports.

The main purpose of the job is to manage the entire HR Service Operation for the Benelux. Develop and implement operational plans to maximise the team performance, service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Academic or HBO+ working/thinking level
• Broad HR management experience; ideally with background related to HR Shared Services (Recruitment, HR Admin, Payroll etc.)
• Hands-on, with a high energy level
• Customer service focus with controllership mindset
• Strong management track record in an operational environment
• Cross-cultural awareness and management skills, proven ability to effectively manage highly matrixed organizations
• Process mindset, understanding of key operational processes
• Project management experience and demonstrable process and change management skills
• Budget & resource management skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong influencing & negotiation skills
• People Manager
• Fluently in Dutch & English

Remuneration:

• Fixed salary € 100.000
