HR Director

The organisation

Our client is a leading Medical Devices producer of state of the art equipment and innovative consumables. They are the market leader in various disciplines worldwide. Currently they are looking for a HR Manager who partner with the management to develop and implement HR strategies.

The position

As HR Manager Europe you will be responsible for:

• Leading the recruitment process for all EU based work closely with the Hiring Managers
• Be aware of the law and regulations
• Being able to make appropriate changes to policies and procedures as required.
• The onboarding process for new hires
• Participate as a member of the global HR team
• Support strategic projects and manage them from end-to-end as required

Candidate profile

• A university degree, in the direction of Business or HR
• 7+ years direct HR generalist experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of legislation and regulation regarding employment
• Be prepared to travel once a week throughout Europe or North America
• Fluent in English and French or German in both written and speach
• Being able to speak Dutch is an advantage
