The position
Are you ready to shape the future of leadership and talent at a truly global scale? As our Global Talent & Leadership Partner, you will play a central role in ensuring our people and leaders are prepared for the challenges of tomorrow. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, TA & Learning, you will work closely with senior business leaders and HR to identify and accelerate key talent, strengthen succession pipelines, and ensure leadership readiness for the future.
This is a highly visible role with direct impact on shaping the next generation of global leaders.
Tasks & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Translate global talent strategy into impactful initiatives that build leadership strength and future-ready pipelines.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to embed effective succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development programs.
- Design and evolve global talent frameworks, guiding high-potential development and leadership transitions.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify talent opportunities and risks, driving strategic decision-making.
- Apply inclusive and innovative approaches to talent identification and development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR, influencing how leadership is shaped across the organization.
Candidate profile
- Proven expertise in global talent management and leadership development.
- Strong track record in designing and implementing scalable talent processes and frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex talent and succession data into clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with credibility at senior leadership levels.
- Experience working in global, multicultural environments.
- Specialized focus on talent management (not a generalist HR role).
- Collaborative mindset with experience across multiple HR disciplines.
- Passionate about building inclusive leadership pipelines and future-focused talent strategies.
Team & Collaboration
This role does not include direct reports but sits at the heart of our global talent team. You will collaborate with Talent Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning experts, and senior stakeholders worldwide.
The offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of €6800,- to € 8400 per month. On top of your fixed salary you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:
- 25 vacation days
- 8,33% holiday allowance
- Flexible working hours.
- A hybrid workplace (40% working from home and 60% in the office).
- Travel expenses or reimbursement travel by public transport.?
