Functieomschrijving:

The position holder directs the establishment and maintenance of corporate accounting principles, practices and procedures for the maintenance of fiscal records and preparation of financial reports. Develops and maintains planning and budgeting systems. Analyzes and interprets trends and operating results in terms of costs, budgets policies and profit opportunities. Presents findings and makes recommendations to executives. Establishes procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance with external regulations, e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley / GAAP.

Functie-eisen:

• Thorough knowledge of finance and control, as well as Dutch and international accounting principles (US GAAP / IFRS)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Professional financial reporting (Dutch, EMEA, and US entities)
• Monthly and quarterly management reporting
• Revenue recognition experience
• Excel skills on top level (expert) related to management reporting and consolidation of financial accounts (macros / budget roll-up)
• Internal process improvement
• Fluent in English, and also preferably in German and/or French
• Software background is a must; experience from US-based public companies is a plus 

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

€ 120.000 - € 160.000 OTE
