The organisation
Our client is an international non-profit organization delivering one of the most ambitious ecological restoration projects worldwide. Its mission focuses on restoring degraded land in Brazil and reconnecting two of South America’s most vital ecosystems. With more than 120 employees in Brazil and a European support team, the foundation has already planted over one million native trees — with the goal to reach 100 million by 2032.
Now entering a new phase of growth, supported by high-level partnerships and international recognition, the organization is scaling its fundraising capacity to accelerate impact.
The position
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving and expanding fundraising activities across Europe. The Senior Fundraiser Europe will secure major philanthropic contributions, build long-term donor partnerships, and grow the financial base needed to restore thousands of hectares of land over the coming years.
Working closely with the Founder, this role will take ownership of key relationships, open new strategic doors, and translate purpose into capital. The position is based in Amsterdam with frequent travel across Europe, and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the most significant reforestation initiatives of our time.
