Senior Client Service Manager

The Organisation

For the Dutch office of a Tier1 International Asset Manager we are currently recruiting a Senior Client Service Manager who will be primarily responsible for all client contacts. Moreover, the ideal candidate will help establish strong relationships with external stakeholders (actuaries, custodians and consultants) as well as the internal organisation in order to further develop the brand in the Dutch market and maintaining and strengthening a structured and high quality client servicing function in the Netherlands.

The Position

• Ensure delivery of first class service specifically for clients under a fiduciary management mandate
• Coordinate and process high quality reporting, investment related and processes related to mandates
• Manage the interactions and communication with several intitutional clients
• Professional handle all client queries and proactively manage the interactions and communication with its' clients
• Organise investment committee meetings, with presentations that meet clients' expectations
• Ensure client reporting of high quality and resolving any problems related to client reports
• Contribute to and finalise ongoing projects related to current regulatory changes in the Netherlands
• Actively participate in various projects

Candidate profile

• Academic Graduate with a minimum of eight years relevant experience.
• Good understanding of world investment markets and associated products 
• Detailed understanding of the Dutch institutional & pension fund business and its specific business requirements
• Strong Project Management skills in a cross border set up
• Proven track record in servicing institutional clients in the Dutch market
• Good understanding of investment and post investment operational processes
• Experience in streamlining reporting and communications processes and procedures
• Relevant written and verbal language skills are Dutch and English
