The position

The Teamlead AP/AR is an important contributor to our i+ solutions team: a professional and highly energetic organization. As we are a relatively small and purpose driven organization your role is broad and touches all organizational areas. As Teamlead AP/AR you are part of the Finance team and you will work closely together with the other members of the finance management team, the PPM and GDF team and operations departments such as HR, Office Management, etc.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Team management: responsible for development and coaching of team members
• Project management skills: lead projects and engage stakeholders where required
• Processes: identify process improvements and take the lead to establish solutions
• Financial Administration: Timely availability of complete and accurate data. Ensure accounts payable and receivable are controlled to Company standards
• Control: Ensure the processes are well documented and controls are executed by the team to contribute to correct and complete data
• Documentation: Optimal accessibility of files to users
• Ownership of reporting to the Global Fund and GDF
• Reporting: Clear and accurate insight on administrative data
• Provision of Information: Contribution to information distribution within i+solutions
• Stakeholder Management: Sustainable and accessible internal network that contributes to the positioning i+solutions within and outside the organization
• Knowledge Financial Management: The organization is abreast of the latest developments concerning the project administration

Candidate profile

• Holistic knowledge of entire finance cycle from accounting to business performance management. Be able to drive a comprehensive solution that fits the requirements of all finance domain.
• Strong leadership skills, able to deliver success and drive results generates sizable impacts.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural and hybrid environment
• Proven track record in transaction service processes and best practice is required
• Strong communication and analytical thinking
• 5-8 years in management position, experience in managing a team will be an added plus.
• Broad experience in finance, account and reporting processes and systems
• Conceptual thinking / Design thinking ability, with strive for simplification of complex issues
• Ability to nurture talents and contribute to the development the team.
